Usain Bolt??

Sammy ran the last 30m of a 5k race yesterday! He's in training for next weekend's marathon.

 Afterwards, he refueled with a pb&j sandwich.

Without a doubt, Sam's favorite fruit is watermelon.

One of Sam's favorite birthday gifts is the turtle splash pool...(we have more photos of this, but they are not PG.)

Bye, Bye ear infections!

A few weeks ago, little Sam had a small procedure (ear tubes) done at Children's Hospital in an attempt to stop the ear infection madness. While it was quite nerve-racking for Mom and Dad, Sam seemed to enjoy himself immensely. (He flirted with all the nurses.)

(That's afterwards...Sam was very cuddly and cozy.)
