"I Love Trash"

Event Date: Summer 2013 - It's not just a Sesame Street classic sung by none other than Oscar the Grouch, but on Monday, the garbage trucks roll through are neighborhood and the week gets off to a great start.  We get to see the yard waste collection truck out the window while eating breakfast, than after a futile attempt to use the toilet, we soil our diaper, get dressed, strap on a helmet and mount the tricycle to chase down any trucks that come within hearing distance while walking the dog.  On really lucky days, we catch them collecting our garbage while we're in the yard.  It's great to be a toddler! (Note the shirt he is wearing: "HEYNA" is "SHEYNA," but the "S" just gets cut off.  I am told Sheyna wore this Cheerios mail-order special when she was five... and he's not yet two in this shot... hmmm.)
