License to Drive???

Event Date: July 2013 - Minnesota state law says you can't drive legally until you are 16 (15 with an instructional permit), Sammy seems destined to prove that rules are made to be broken.  Starting in July, still under the tender age of two, it seemed that every time we loaded or stopped the car, the following phrase could be heard (sometimes as a question, sometimes as a demand): "Sammy drive"
